We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number, profile picture), content you post or send within the app, and proof-of-residence documents submitted for verification.
We use your information to operate and improve Nabor, verify your residency, send you notifications about activity in your building, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your profile information (name, profile picture) is visible to other residents of your building. Proof-of-residence documents are reviewed only by authorised Nabor staff and deleted after verification is complete.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@astrolabe.computer.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@astrolabe.computer.
Nabor is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
